SINGAPORE -- FiLaw is a federation. FiLaw is a federation of
the most preeminent law advisors around the world. Its members are
the leading authorities in many fields of private international law,
including:
- International trade law
- International investment law
- International intellectual property law
- International tax law
- International immigration law
FiLaw associate members maintain their own offices and practice
their professions around the world. The 6,000
members of FiLaw retain their independence, but they
join together to provide information to FiLaw
clientele. Although FiLaw members maintain their
individual offices and practices around the world, they
have become members of FiLaw for the purpose of
representing FiLaw clients and providing them
information about matters of international law.
Thus, FiLaw is federation of individual
professionals.
