FiLaw answers its clients' questions about international law. FiLaw
concentrates only with the internal and external laws of
jurisdictions which control or affect a multinational transaction.
Issues which are governed wholly by the law of a single jurisdiction
are not within the scope of FiLaw's mission and its members'
expertise. FiLaw provides information only as to international
